ISO 45001: 2018 – Occupational Health and Safety
ISO 45001, the world's first highly anticipated Occupational Health and Safety Management (OHS) standard, has now been released and designed by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) to help businesses and other organisations to prevent harm to health and to provide safe and secure places. ISO 45001 is intended to replace BS OHSAS 18001, which is widely implemented and is anticipated by organizations currently certified to BS OHSAS 18001, to ISO within three years of the release of the new standard.
